Rechelle Durham is the National Program Coordinator for the Financial Education Partnership. FEP is one of the largest and fastest growing non-profits in the country.
Rechelle became attracted to the financial industry after working in boat sales and financing for over 10 years. She began her career in wealth management in 2007 assisting an advisor at Mass Mutual and then worked with a mentor while attaining her insurance and securities licenses. While being a financial advisor was rewarding, Rechelle was looking for a way to give back to her community and industry colleagues. With her broad range of experience and a desire to educate and enlighten the public, Rechelle has grown to become a valuable asset to the FEP team.
Outside of her career, Rechelle has been involved with community service beginning in her teenage years working with victims of domestic violence and their children. As a parent, she volunteered in school and sports organization boards, involving herself in everything from fundraising to newsletter editor to Vice President of the PTA. She has most recently become involved with local animal shelter and rescue center efforts.
Rechelle is a published freelance writer who loves cooking, travelling, photography and spending time with her two college-age sons, Zack and Charlie.
