Hunter Rich is a Junior Advisor at the National Headquarters for The Financial Education Partnership, one of the largest and fastest growing 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the country.
Hunter is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., where he received his Business Degree along with a Communications Degree in Journalism. He first became interested in personal finance when he witnessed the impacts of the 2008 financial crisis on his family, and came to understand the crash better through research conducted while attending American.
Seeing the financial pitfalls those close to him had fallen into, and the lack of education available to empower these individuals to gain control of their financial wellness, he became inspired to learn more about achieving financial freedom through balance, self-empowerment and self-control.
When he isn’t in the office, you can find him playing guitar, fishing, golfing, training for marathons, or backpacking on the Appalachian Trail.
