Continuing Education for Accountants
FEP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. As a result, FEP is hosting a three-hour, live course on the C.A.R.E Program (Charitable Asset Reposition-ing Estate Plan), in which participants will learn:
- How charitable giving can help increase income and reduce taxes
- How to Identify/ explain who benefits from charitable asset repositioning
- How to explain tax deduction is calculated in the Charitable Remainder Trust
- How to understand the role of life insurance in estate planning
- How a wealth replacement trust can benefit your heirs
- How to design and implement a tax-advantage charitable giving strategy
- Participants who complete the requirements will receive 3 hours of CPE credits.
